"Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I liked having the sink and shower in 2 different areas. Our refrigerator never worked properly. Water pressure could have been better. Food options were poor. "

"The property needs some maintenance…..paint peeling in several areas, tub stopper not working and just laying off to the side, fridge/freezer had a big block of ice taking up space for items we wanted to refrigerate. Beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Overall, I’d recommend to family and friends. I was somewhat surprised though that bfast wasn’t included in the room price like in other hotels. "

"Lynchburg Grand was a decent place to stay for a night. I know they are doing some renovations, so there was no continental breakfast. Most of the ice machines were out of order. We didnt need ice but im sure some did and there was only 2 floors the machines worked. The staff were all very nice and our room was very clean. We would stay here again if its only for a night or two. "

"The breakfast was really good. Marilyn was responsible for making and serving the food. Kept everything loaded and made everyone feel comfortable helped make sure they had everything they wanted. She had a great personality "

"Sheets were changed but remainder of room and bathroom were NOT at all cleaned! Used napkins, spoon, timesheets, crumbs, dog kibble, empty bottle of liquor! Shower drain clogged and we showered with water above our ankles. We went out to eat breakfast and told housekeeper we were returning to brush teeth. We refurned and she was in our room!!!! Keep your valuables and financial identity on your person at ALL times in this place. We go to a yearly event in Lynchburg and will be staying inn our camper van in the future! "
