"Great stay, friendly efficient check in with complimentary room upgrade. Complimentary chocolates, nibbles and soft drinks were also provided. We appreciated the evening turn down service but the maid service was erratic turning up at 8.45 was a bit early then disappeared until lunchtime when two sets turned up within 10 minutes of each other. Aircon also appreciated as the weather was very warm. Excellent food in the main restaurant on our first night we had food from the bar on our second...
