« Nice older hotel. It must have been a jewel in late 90's early 2000's. Elevators to north towers were out of service during my stay. I had to take old service elevator that wasn't clearly marked. My room had a king bed that was worn out. Very soft and when laying flat I would lean towards the center. I really enjoyed the main common area. Breakfast area was peaceful and attractive. »

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« The hotel and rooms were in disrepair.
The walls in our room had holes that had been patched over and not painted.
The complimentary breakfast was a joke!
There was half a loaf of bread in the bag that was touched by anyone that put their hands in it. The coffee literally looked like dirty water. The fruit were rotten bananas and wrinkled oranges. The orange juice was orange Hawaiian Punch.
The smell the whole time was the smell of pungent cooking spices and Indian music that could be heard...
