There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.

Sooooooo smokey. As a former smoker this was bad even for me. Even the rooms smell like smoke. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is sensitive to smoke. The food there was overall fine. The gambling was fine, but we felt the tables were too high for the traffic.

The staff, Kai and Katie were extremely friendly and helpful! The property was well maintained and very clean. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Laundry facility worked out perfect and the pool was refreshing!! Great place to stay.
