They need yo update the rooms. Beds were old and very hard. Bath tub faucet leaked. TV is old in the took Needs updated. Just over all not bad just need a new look and fresh paint everywhere. Pool was out of service. Don’t really know what was up with that.

There is no housekeeping unless you are in the room. The only deliveries to the room is via robot. No in room dining. Rooms were not that clean. Not convenient to downtown. Casino was great and casino restaurants were great. The hotel needs to step it up.

General Management needs renovation. Room 301 is a joke especially when paying over $100. Suggest management visit this room and explain why you can't fix the warped floor when you are charging people these types of prices.
