Completely renovated in October 2018, this apartment on the 1st floor of a small two-story building has a large south-facing balcony with views of the Pyrenees. In a decorative spirit "chic chalet", it combines authenticity and modern equipment. Composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double 160 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). 2 bathrooms with shower (1 walk-in shower) and 2 WCs including 1 separate toilet. This apartment also has a sauna. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, etc.) with its dining area. A cozy, cozy and bright living room equipped with a pellet stove that will light up your evenings.

Vehicle parking is available across the street.
Ideally located in the heart of Font-Romeu, 300 meters from shops and restaurants.

Séjour de 12 nuits . Pour skier, randonnée. Aucun problÚme pour skier neige a volonté et surtout avec du soleil . Pour la randonnée également pas un seul jour de pluie. Un vrais plaisir et tout le monde a pû en profiter.

Séjour estivale trÚs agréable

Logement idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre-ville tout en profitant du calme. Appartement trÚs bien décoré et fonctionnel. Le sauna est un vrai plus aprÚs une journée de rando. Nous avons passé une quinzaine estivale superbe!

Logement pour mi-saison, Ă  fuir en hiver.

Le logement pourrait ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able. L'amĂ©nagement et la dĂ©coration sont trĂšs sympa, mais ....il y a un gros soucis d'isolation. Impossible de tenir une tempĂ©rature dĂ©cente. Pas d'isolation, pas de double vitrage sur les menuiseries. Le vitrage d'une est cassĂ©. Les poignĂ©es sont rafistolĂ©es avec des fils mĂ©talliques (attention aux doigts). On n'arrive pas Ă  sentir la chaleur fournie par les radiateurs..... Autant de dĂ©tails qui nuisent Ă  la bonne apprĂ©ciation de ce logement. Il pourrait ĂȘtre super si quelques travaux Ă©taient rĂ©alisĂ©s. Impossible de se passer de la chaleur du poĂȘle, il faut veiller Ă  rester Ă  proximitĂ© pour en profiter. Attention Ă  la consommation des pellets, seuls 2 sacs fournis. Je suppose qu'en mi-saison ou en Ă©tĂ©, ce logement devient beaucoup plus agrĂ©able. La conciergerie est agrĂ©able et reste Ă  l'Ă©coute.

Plusieurs points Ă  recoir

A notre arrivĂ©e, le mĂ©nage Ă©tait plus que douteux (toilettes et sols dans un horrible Ă©tat). La conciergerie a vite rĂ©agi mĂȘme si il a fallu relancer
 nous avons relavĂ© les alaises Ă  notre arrivĂ©e car pas utilisables en l’état. Le chauffage mural dans la chambre des enfants ne fonctionne pas, 2 « grille-pain » sont nĂ©cessaire pour qu’il fasse bon dans la chambre (ce qui est moyen pour la sĂ©curitĂ©) La rambarde du balcon est branlante, dangereux pour les enfants et enfin il n’y a pas de bol pour la cafetiĂšre filtre donc inutilisable.

Nice apartment, but hard to communicate

The apartment inside is nice and 3 bedrooms are all good size. We had a hard time communicating with the host/concierge during the stay. I only speak English and pretty decent Spanish. A concierge sent me a message that her colleague would meet us for check in, but he didn’t speak English so we had a broken conversation in Spanish to get into the apartment. We needed help with the heater the next day and I didn’t get responses from the concierge over 2 days. Just make sure you message the actual owner/host if you need something.

Deco trĂšs sympa et grand appartement fonctionelle mais 1er arrivant de la saison (le 25 juillet) et odeurs nausĂ©abondes dans les salles de bains, fuite et cloques au niveau des douches, simple vitrage,2 fenĂȘtres avec vitre fĂȘlĂ©e, volet trouĂ© dans une chambre qui ferme avec du fil electrique, pas de papier toilette en arrivant, pas soir rouillĂ©e, etandoir Ă  linge avec une roue en moins, cage d escalier des annees 60, pas de mode d emploi du sauna... . Rapport qualitĂ© prix non satisfaisant pour font romeu. La propriĂ©tetaire nous a gentiment proposĂ© de nous rembourser l intĂ©gralitĂ© du sĂ©jour mais nous n avions pas le courage de changer d appartement...super conciergerie pour arrivĂ©e et dĂ©part sans soucis

Bien mais....

Les photos sont conformes Ă  l'appartement joliment dĂ©corĂ©, belle vue et calme, stationnement facile, literies confortables. Cependant, quelques amĂ©liorations seraient les bienvenues : meilleur Ă©clairage dans la cuisine et coin repas, ustensile de cuisine Ă  complĂ©ter comme un Ă©gouttoir pates (seules 2 petites passoires Ă  manche existent) pour passer les pates ou laver les lĂ©gumes.... La TV est fonctionnelle uniquement si pas de vent ! On a manquĂ© de chance, 2 premiers jours trop de vent (ce n'Ă©tait pas une tempĂȘte !) ce qui a dĂ©rĂ©glĂ© l'antenne rĂ©ceptrice et aucune rĂ©ception. Donc il a fallu s'estimer heureux d'avoir pendant quelques minutes, le troisiĂšme soir une image sautante ou uniquement le son jusqu'Ă  l'Ă©cran noir puis plus rien pour le restant de la semaine! (vidĂ©o transmise Ă  la conciergerie) - box uniquement internet. Donc prĂ©voyez lecture et ordinateur car en altitude le vent doit ĂȘtre frĂ©quent quand-mĂȘme. PoĂȘle (cheminĂ©e) bienvenue car simples vitrages et avec des tempĂ©ratures nĂ©gatives, cela a fait beaucoup de bien ! Jour de l'arrivĂ©e, rĂ©ception appartement ratĂ©e : l'appartement n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘt pour 16h00 convenu malgrĂ© notre appel pour prĂ©venir que le GPS prĂ©voyait une arrivĂ©e Ă  15H00. Donc 1h d'attente avant 16h (pourquoi pas puisque nous Ă©tions en avance) puis 30mn d'attente pour cause de nettoyage de l'appartement... La localisation de l'appartement se situe en contre bas de la rue commerçante. PropriĂ©taire et conciergerie rĂ©actifs aux messages malgrĂ© les rĂ©sultats obtenus pour la TV et passage unique de l'antenniste le surlendemain de notre arrivĂ©e.

Des déconvenues

Quelques dĂ©convenues Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Les sanitaires non conformes au descriptif de la rĂ©servation ( 1 wc au lieu de 2) et le lave-vaisselle en panne. Nous l’avons signalĂ© dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e en demandant Ă  changer d’appartement. Ce n’est qu’a la suite d’un mail que la propriĂ©taire a enfin, en milieu de sĂ©jour, proposĂ© un dĂ©dommagement..Une offre soumise Ă  conditions que nous n’avons pas pu accepter. Cependant c’est un trĂšs bel appartement avec une dĂ©coration moderne et Ă©lĂ©gante, une trĂšs bonne literie et une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Quelques amĂ©liorations seraient souhaitables :un verrou opĂ©rationnel dans l’unique wc . Les lourds volets sont difficiles Ă  rabattre une fois ouverts, l’évier de la cuisine ne ferme pas et un spot est Ă  remplacer dans l’entrĂ©e.

TrĂšs bel appartement lumineux, moderne et chic. On s'y sent bien.

TrĂšs bel et spacieux appartement., lumineux et chaleureux. Neuf donc trĂšs propre. TrĂšs bonne literie, trĂšs bien chauffĂ© (poĂȘle Ă  pellets trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©) , Ă©quipement mĂ©nager complet et neuf (jolie vaisselle en nombre suffisant), trĂšs bien meublĂ© , mention particuliĂšre Ă  la dĂ©co sobre, chic et moderne. Bonne situation dans Font Romeu (nĂ©cessite d'ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ© pour accĂšs aux pistes). Un trĂšs sympathique service de conciergerie, l'Ă©quipe est au petits soins. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un sĂ©jour famille en Cerdagne, une adresse Ă  retenir sans aucun doute.
