"Not like a normal Best Western! Very cheap amenities. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The room in general felt dirty. The breakfast was horrible. The muffins tasted like they'd been sitting there for weeks."

"3rd & 4th floor rooms are great. I wouldn't suggest 1st room floor rooms unless you get them at a major discount. 1st floor room I had was pretty gross needs updating. Restaurant & lounge were great. Staff & housekeeping are awesome. Close to highway & tons of restaurants."

"Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming"
