  • One of Folly's Best! This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom corner condo is located in luxury community of Mariner's Cay. Tennis courts and pool are available for use during your stay and a lovely view of the river, marina, and marshes that extend for miles. The sunsets from this unit are something you do not want to miss! There is a wraparound porch perfect to take in the surrounding sights. It can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen has upgraded granite counter tops and a laundry closet with brand new washer and dryer. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 20 minutes. Stroll over the bridge onto Center Street and find all the restaurants and shops Folly has to offer! This location cannot be beat! The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. **This community prohibits E-bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, golf carts, campers, RVs, LSVs, jet Skis, boat trailers, and smoking on the property. ** Please note, Clean Sweep does not allow pets. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building or elevator. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. Perfect layout of the unit to have two people enjoy! Well stocked with supplies and equipment. Very clean! Easy check in and out process! Walked into Folly several times so location is perfect! The community is so quiet and peaceful just what we needed for two best friends needing a getaway!

Great views of the marsh. Drank my morning coffee looking out over beautiful natural environment. Quiet buildings. Did not try the pool. Close to beach, but need to drive and pay for parking. Parking was less than 15 each time. Great beach.

We had a great stay! Our host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. The unit was clean and had great space. Our favorite part was the view! Absolutely stunning!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable! We walked into town for dinner once; the walk wasn't too bad but would recommend that you only do it if you know the weather will be kind to you! We loved sitting out on the porch and watching the birds, boats, and sunsets! IT is a beautiful view! The only recommendation would be to have fans in each bedroom for white noise due to possibility of loud neighbors in unit above. It wasn't a factor that would keep us from renting again but we could definitely hear the folks above us.

Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! Very spacious and gorgeous views of the Marsh. We enjoyed the card games as well.

Clean Sweep - The condo was in great shape. Weekend traffic to the beach did make the commute alittle longer than needed. Internet and TV connections were spotty and would hang up often especially at night. Overall, it was an excellent experience and would stay there again.

The view is everything. The place was comfortable, beds were good, living room was spacious, and we loved the little game table. Location was in good proximity to everything we needed. We did come in December so it was cold out but I imagine coffee on the back porch is absolutely lovely. Can’t go wrong with this pick.

We really enjoyed this unit with its awesome view. We have stayed at Mariners Cay many times over the years and this was one of the better views of the river. Property was clean and easy to access. Rental company was quick to respond to questions. The easy check-in was slightly negated since we had to go to the rental office to get the gate key. Overall, enjoyed the condo and would stay there again.

Perfect Retreat

We cannot say enough good things about our visit. The views of the marsh were amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean and spacious. The location was convenient to the beach and downtown. We didn’t want to leave!
