Great hotel and staff located within walking distance of everything you want to see, fine restaurants and more. Breakfast was delicious and hot: great cappuccino. Very helpful staff and attentive to your needs. Had a very spacious and clean room with a view of the Duomo. Very comfortable king-size bed with luxuriously white sheets and Nespresso coffee machine. Special thanks to Analisa and Miranda who were so wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves 5 stars.
