The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information.
Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan.
The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was quite noisy — we could hear every sound from the neighbouring rooms. The bathroom is old and would really need an update. It was fine for a short stay, but not ideal for a restful night.

Pros: The bedroom had been done up tastefully very recently. The lady at reception was very friendly. Location is good, close to the centre.
Cons: Although the hotel advertises itself as with free wifi, it wasn't available in our room on the second floor. The room wasn't cleaned at all for the duration of our stay (not even emptying the bin).
