It was very loud at night time because the walls were thin and we can hear people talking loudly. Our other 4 star hotel in Rome was night and day to this one (which is also rated as 4 star).
Facility was old and had little amenities (just a shower cap) and an all purpose soap. They also gave us wrong information about the taxi service to the airport.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the grounds were well maintained. We also appreciated how quiet it was in our room.
The breakfast room and restaurant are lovely but a bit pricey. We highly recommend the LaConda restaurant located about a block away for a delicious dinner at a very reasonable price.

All of the staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. They have a shuttle to take you to the airport. It's only six euros.
