Water park was great, clean , friendly staff Resort rooms keys didn’t work twice which was a pain trying to get back into a room and having to drive miles back to front desk Found previous occupants underwear hanging from shower curtain suggesting room wasn’t cleaned very well

Best spring break Ever! Will definitely come back. Worth the price!

The resort is very family friendly! Many parks, pools, so many activities! We had deer outside of our place daily it was great! The views were amazing. The only bad review is the cleanliness. I mean the walls were dirty, many cobwebs/dust. The floor needed a vacuum when we got there. A dead roach welcomed me when we walked into one of the rooms. They have a checkout checklist of things you need to do. I completely understand cleaning up after selves but it would be nice if the resort would make sure these villas are clean!

Massanutten is always my go to vacation spot! I love it!

It was exactly what we were hoping for. Next to the Parkway, a good center point from which to do our hiking activities. Clean, quiet, well appointed. Water was steaming hot in the kitchen sink and shower. WiFi was a blessing we weren't really counting on and the streaming TV allowed us to unwind each night with and old movie. Highly recommend this place and would come back.
