Fisher Branch Vacation Packages

Our bathroom tap was dripping and the waterslide closed down on our last full day but other the staff were fantastic and the buffet and kids dinners were excellent . We went a number of times .staff were extreemly accommodating in adjusting our stay for us and very informative. We will definitely return again .

Very nice room, and great breakfast options!

I had higher hopes for this hotel but we were very dissapointed. I booked two rooms, one for myself and my friends and one for my sister and her friends. My sisters room was the major issue, there was a bunch of dog food and crumbs in the shower, and when the house keeper came to clean it, she had also found there was mold in the shower.. that’s not only a cleanliness issue, that’s a health issue. My room smelt very strong of pee, it was gross. We both got a different room. Our new rooms were better, but we did notice a few things like a sticky handprint residue on the back board by the bed, there was a hair in the one bed which isn’t awful but it makes you question how clean the room actually is. There was no compensation for any of this besides just switching rooms. We had overheard another couple mentioning they also had to get a new room the same night we did so im genuinely concerned if the rooms are being cleaned. Some hallways smelt like marijuana, the elevators didn’t work all the time. We were frustrated because with all this going on, we lost a lot of time that we were looking forward to at the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, but I hope they take this poor review into consideration and change some things.

Nice building, great location. Rooms were large and clean. Our only issue was that the reception staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were unwelcoming. Grumpy dispositions, no smiles.The cleaning staff were more friendly.
