« The room is definitely aged but considering the price I paid no big deal. It was all clean but you can tell there are things that need to be fixed or updated. The staff was SUPER friendly!! I would highly especially if you have a family and need some space and don’t want to feel stressed about being a family in a hotel. We will be staying here again! »

« Area used to be a lot more well kept, unfortunately they have not maintained their cleanliness. Took some time to check in and the front desk smelled horrible. Bathroom door was falling apart, with lotion or soap chunks left on it. Furniture had dirt marks and needing to be shampooed or replaced. Convenient to the event center, only reason to return. Bar was closed before 9, breakfast cost $12 a person. Not impressed. »

« Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel! »

« There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference »

« One thing we didn’t like was that there are no “Do Not Disturb” signs to place on the door for housekeeping. We had to notify the housekeeper directly. Luckily we found her in the hallway to let her know. And hotel is located on a major street which has a lot of traffic noice and sirens until very late at night. »

« This was the best hotel of my recent week-long road trip across the country. It was clean, as Holiday Inns consistently are. I appreciated the larger sized refrigerator with a freezer section in the room and the included toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. « Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. »

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...
