Very nice staff and amenities. The TVs in the rooms could use updating. Most hotels have newer TVs with screen casting abilities to be able to watch Netflix etc.

The service here was superb! Check-in was easy. We rented chairs and an umbrella with ease. Everyone was super nice. Wonderful service and general cleanliness. The accommodations were just ok. The rooms only had queen beds, no kings. The handle on the balcony door was broken. There was bird poop on the balcony floor, under the railing, mostly just the edge. The railing looked mostly clean, but I didn't trust it. Parking was easy, but a little scarce. Security was also superb. The pool and hot tub were excellent! Beach access was great! We stayed here because it was walking distance to The Dome. I would only stay again (because we want more room if we were staying longer than 2 nights) if we see another concert at The Dome.

This place is definitely not a resort! The room had bare minimum amenities. The door to the balcony didn’t lock; the bathroom had a funny smell to it; and there is NO maid service! No one came in to make the bed, empty the trash, vacuum the carpet, or replace the towels! For the high price I paid to stay there, it was subpar in my opinion.
The bistro and bar were convenient and nice.
Overall, it was disappointing in general. I would not go back.
