It was a perfect private villa with the caldera view. The balcony with the tub was a plus. I'd stay here a thousand times. "

Close to town , very short walk for everything you may need as well as close parking which met our needs for the ATVs we rented to explore the island which I also highly recommend. "We loved our stay here! The villa is in the perfect location. It's just outside the busiest parts of Fira, so it's quiet and convenient. The view is absolutely amazing! There is a large main floor patio space with the pool and lounge chairs, and also a very large 3rd floor patio with beautiful views. We all enjoyed the pool which was the perfect size and temperature to cool off in. We actually got take out food a couple of nights because our patios had a nicer view than most restaurants! "The host was friendly and even allowed us a late checkout as our ferry was not until late afternoon. The property was clean and the area around it perfectly captured the vibe of Santorini. Not quite close to the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas which is good. Only thing I would say is the property could do with a sign on the outside but the host directed us there via whatsapp and there was somebody there to meet us. "Nikolaos’ home was in the heart of Santorini, but away from the crowds & a perfect escape! Our adult family of 5 felt very lucky to have all the activities & restaurants a few steps away and yet return to the villa for a quiet afternoon in the sun by the pool. The villa is super clean, well equipped & described perfectly …and Nikolaos is quick to respond & help. We just loved this VRBO and hope to return some day!"

"I Really recommend this poroperty, very nice, very clean, and close to shopping. The cons. Very annoying ,a surveillance camera pointing to the hot tub, honey mooners/no recommend. There is pretty much no water on the showers."

"The host Christina, and her assistant, Maria, could not have been more accommodating. We were allowed to check in a couple hours early and check out a couple hours late. They even helped arrange the transfer to the ferry and helped reschedule it when we received notice that the ferry was running late. A problem with the electricity was prompting try dealt with. The restaurants and beaches Maria recommended were great. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you"
