It is located in the most unspoiled part of the old town and perfect to enjoy and relax at the outdoor terrace and the front and back patio of the house. Villa DALI (licensed by the Greek Organization of Tourism since April 2015) was renovated from an old Theran villa in 2015 and again in 2023\. Villa DALI, once our family home, has been transformed into two exquisite villas: Villa DALI Leda on the first floor and Villa DALI Danae below. Each villa boasts a private entrance and can be rented individually. Yet, large families and groups of friends can rent both villas, providing a perfect setting to enjoy the beauty of Santorini together! To see Villa DALI Leda please search it by its name under the same host. This spacious house provides the unique occasion to live in a private property that combines comfort and privacy. The 85 sq m high-ceiling house consists of three bedrooms (the first two with queen size bed and the third one with double bed), two bathrooms with shower made out of off-white polished cement, a living/dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities and a hall. Since June 2023 there is also a large heated jacuzzi (hot tub) at the back yard, suitable for 5-6 persons. Some antique furniture of the older house decorate the villa offering a different and classy touch. Contemporary aquarelle and oil paintings decorate the walls of all rooms of the villa. All three bedrooms are equipped with ecological mattresses and are ventilated with Westinghouse 4-speed ceiling fans for ecological reasons. All three bedrooms are also equipped with Carrier Air Conditioner (cool / heat) system of latest technology. The inner temperature in all places of the property is comfortable. The comfortable living/dining room has one cozy sofa, which can easily be opened in a double bed accommodating two more persons. Thus, Villa DALI Danae is perfectly suitable for families or a group of friends up to six people plus two extra people, if needed. There is free Fiberspeed 200Mbps Wi-Fi access to all areas of the villa. There is also a daily free housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the house and are changed every three days (their laundry and ironing is provided at no cost for you). With more than 100 sq m. outdoor front yard and back yard the villa offers the opportunity of outdoor living and outdoor dining. The villa has an inside dining room, but it also offers the opportunity of outdoor dining for up to 8 persons. It has spacious outdoor areas and two big (2.5 meters each) parasols at the front and back patio. So, one can easily lie and enjoy outdoors the whole day long, since the property provides a variety of outdoor possibilities for every time of day and night. It is crucial to point out that there is an easy entrance to the Villa (the car reaches 10-15 meters from its entrance) with no endless footpaths, uphill and hard to navigate stairs to reach your accommodation. There is a big free parking place 2 minutes walking distance from the house. The Villa is located very close to Nomikos Conference Center, St. John Catholic Cathedral, St. Stylianos Church and the Cable Car entrance, while it is at a walking distance (5 – 6 minutes) from the center of Fira (the capital of Santorini) and all the mini markets, cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a convenient public transportation from the central square of Fira serving all places of the island. The airport and the port are about 6-8 km away from the property (15-20 min by car/taxi). A special minivan transfer service from/to the airport/port could be arranged. Early check-in and late check-out (upon availability). Safety Checklist: Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector, First Aid Kit, Safety Card. The guests have their local host available any time to offer help and tips or if they may need something. He is there to welcome them at the check-in and also at the check-out and at their disposal during their stay at the villa. We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Santorini! The location is perfect—just a short walk to amazing restaurants, markets, and plenty of shopping. The views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking; we could hardly pull ourselves away from the gorgeous sunsets each evening. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our host, Maria, was fantastic! She provided us with so much helpful information about the area and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The Villa is very comfortable and has amazing views of the caldera and across Santorini. It is very private, great walking access to Fira and other local villages, and a fabulous plunge pool for relaxing and soaking in the views. Maria is very helpful throughout the booking process and holiday stay, and is assisted by Nikos who greets you on arrival and also very helpful during your visit. Maria and Nikos were so welcoming and communicative. We appreciate both of their tips and helping us set up transportation and our catamaran trip. The location of the villa was amazing, and the views were breathtaking!! We loved being right off the path so we could walk between villages and the villa is close to an easy drop off point for cars. The house worked well for our family of 7 and we enjoyed the front and back patios with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is a quick 5 min walk down to the heart of Fira with lots of shopping, restaurants and amazing views, and a 5-10 min walk up to Firastefani and the Three Bells of Fira. The owners were extremely helpful setting up luxury transportation from the port and to the airport that dropped us off and picked us up a quick 2 min walk from the house, and arranged for a couple of rental cars that we picked up a short 3 min walk from the house which was quick and easy for our day trip to Oia and the black sand beach. They also helped arrange a fantastic catamaran cruise around the island with Santorini Yacht Club which included transportation that picked us up a quick 5 min walk from the house. The check-in and check-out with Nikos was easy and ensured a smooth process. The owners were helpful and responsive to all our needs, and even brought us beach towels to use on our outing to Kamari Beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. ##### Kristen B. My husband and I booked Villa Dali for our dream trip to Santorini. We were joined by my daughter and son in law, and granddaughter. Villa Dali was a fabulous villa, three very nice bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and living area within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The front and back terraces both have fantastic water and city views. We spent most of our evenings before dinner on the back terrace enjoying a glass of wine and jacuzzi. There were even fireworks two evenings to enhance the night scenery. Maria and Nikos are fantastic hosts. Maria arranged our transport to and from the airport, Nikos met my daughter and son in law at the villa, explained everything about its operation. Nikos even brought my husband's backpack to the airport when he left it behind. I can't say enough about their hospitality and attention to detail.
