"Excellent location for the the Hydro and discounted parking in city centre a bonus. Room was on second floor with a view of scaffolding and the car park which wasn't great. Thought we'd have drinks after the gig but unfortunately all the technology went down so only soft drinks available, no wi-fi and tv didn't work during this time. For the price we paid, I was a bit disappointed, thankfully it was only for one night. However, the staff were lovely and helpful."

"Host cancelled on Friday evening- we were booked from the Sunday. VRBO helpfully suggested alternative and said our money would be refunded for this booking. So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...

"This renter tried to change the apartment to another apartment 5 kms away with no notice to me at the time we were supposed to be checking in. Fought me when i challenged them on it - made up a lie about why it was not available. Had to spend hours on the phone with VRBO to get the money back for the rental. Left us stranded with no where to go."
