"Great place right off the channel island harbor. You can see a beautiful view of boats coming and leaving the harbor. You can also hear and see seals right off the pier. The place is clean and situated in a pretty safe area."

The community heated pool and hot tub were very nice. Communication with Julie was excellent. Since we have Family in the area, we will definitely look to stay here again."
