Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025\. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car.

The hotel, staff, breakfast, bathroom and bedroom were all very good. The poor rating is because it's impossible to get a decent sleep! The stairs up to my room and a cluster of other rooms are made of wood, so when one group of guests came home at 1:05am, I'm woken up just by their footsteps clomping ...
