"We stayed here with one other family and our adult children. We enjoyed the home. The pool was a nice escape and the ping pong and corn hole boards were fun. The house was big enough for everyone to escape for their own retreat, or all come together. We just wish we would have known to bring soap and shampoo/conditioner. This is the first VRBO we have stayed in that didn't provide at least something for the shower. Other than that, we loved the home."

"My daughter graduated from Texas State Friday morning so my other children and my grandbaby all came to town to celebrate her. This was the perfect place for us to stay. It’s a wonderful, clean house in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Kyle and San Marcos. The owner is very responsive"

"I have to say, this not only is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in, but the details are great. The kitchen had everything I could ever need. The beds were so plush and comfy. They even had a blow up race car bed for my 2 year old nephew. Close to shops and restaurants, the racetrack was so close too. We went to Schlitterbahn and it was 15 minutes away. So well located. I know I’ll be staying here next time I come to Austin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"What an amazing property! I wish we could have extended our stay! We could not have asked for more, the house was amazing and the grounds and river access were icing on the cake. Our host Jennifer was so helpful and available for any questions.If you want to stay in a home that has a rich history and more character than a cookie cutter hotel, this is the place for you! We hope to return the next time we are in San Marcos!"
