"Overall the stay was okay, but I would not recommend or stay here again. The desk chair was broken and the sliding bathroom door was broke and would not lock. The pull out couch was not clean and had stains and crumbs. The mini fridge also had crumbs. We also discovered one of the pillows had black mold looking stains. This hotel claimed to be an official partner with USA soccer, but when trying to watch the FIFA World Cup game we were unable to watch it. There was also no opportunities to be able to stream as well. The lady at the front desk tried to help solve the problem but was unsuccessful and acted like management didn't care. The outside doors to the parking lot keyfob didn't work. Also the door to the outdoor deck off the pool didn't work too. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is newer so still in great shape. The staff are keeping it well maintained. The amenities were the best part. Spacious and well organized rooms. Little thoughtful things like barbecue area with utensils to borrow. Signs saying they will help you fill your cooler with more solid ice than the ice dispensers. Great patio seating with fire pits. Lawn games for kids. Really appreciate the small touches. Really good breakfast that feels more like a restaurant then a hotel breakfast to fuel you up for the a day of sight seeing."

"The staff was great for check in and out. There were little extras at checkout and in the room that made us feel welcome. Sometimes the little things stick out. Example - fresh chocolate chip cookies free at the service counter along with coffee and tea bar. Staff member was very nice and cheerful. In the room little extras - 2 bottled waters, and 2 travel sized deodorants included in bathroom supplies along with all needed shower supplies (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, face soap, makeup remover). The room and facility were clean."

"Convenient location to shopping and eats, about 1 mile walk into downtown. Room was wonderful, recently upgraded. Awesome front desk staff. These ladies were friendly, proficient and professional. Nice breakfast offering, but no meats. Pool and hot tub need cleaning, including chlorine. Shady guests after hours, somewhat noisy and inconsiderate after 11p? Overall worthwhile stay. No plumbing or AC issues. Very comfortable room,bed! Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Walmart was a 5 min walk behind the hotel. 2 great restaurants and 2 fast food chain eateries within walking distance. Recommended stay for travelers!"
