"Hotel is somewhat outdated but they keep it clean. There is a need to perform some updates to support in possible liability issues and mold. Other items can be handled very easily (e.g. screwing in bathroom light bulb that is missing or burnt out. Cover to fan in bathroom. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were always busy with cleaning or filling items up. While I was in the entryway for a few hours, staff updated reading nook with a nice rug and installed water resevoirs in two different spots. Coffee and tea is available 24/7. "

"The hotel what's one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, we were there Sunday through Wednesday. The lady at work to breakfast was awesome. The manager was wonderful and personable, and the girl, I think her name was Gloria, who worked the 3 to 11 shift. Was great , she turned the hot tub up for us and asked us a number of times during our stay, if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend staying there!"

"This resort spa offers a unique and memorable experience with its dome-style accommodations. The domes were comfortable and well-equipped, featuring air conditioning, hot water, and a refrigerator, making our stay enjoyable and convenient. The property offers several amenities, including a pool, continental breakfast, restaurant, bar, spa, and a fire pit area that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The overall environment is peaceful and laid-back, making it a great place to unwind. One challenge we experienced was that it was often difficult to distinguish employees from guests because staff members dressed in casual everyday clothing. As first-time visitors, we found it somewhat confusing to navigate the property and understand what amenities were available since there was little explanation or orientation provided upon arrival. I would recommend visiting during the warmer months when you can fully enjoy the outdoor amenities and the resort’s natural surroundings. Overall, it is a unique destination with great potential, but clearer communication and more visible staff would enhance the guest experience."

"The staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out and truly made our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The only downside for me was that the bed was a little too firm, although my husband thought it was perfect. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again because of the exceptional staff and the cleanliness of the property. The location was also a huge plus. Having an Aldi right next door was incredibly convenient, and there was also a supermarket and several fast-food options nearby. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast during our three-day stay, but my husband did each morning and was very pleased with the variety and selection offered."
