"Quiet, neat and small space with a nice sitting area for 2 (2 additional lawn chairs stowed under the bed) outside the room in good weather you can sit there and enjoy nature. It is off the beaten path which we enjoy. We didn’t really have any contact with the staff except at check in but he was friendly and informative. We would definitely stay here again."

"Loved this pleasant updated motel. Check in was a breeze, the room was very clean and well decorated. Recent updates brought the 50's-60's single level motel style into today's most needed amenities. The grounds included a well maintained heated pool and hot tub along with multiple seating areas around fire pits for a quiet evening. Will definitely be back to stay on our next visit!"

"Very nice and helpful staff. Inn owner came down and made the rounds of the breakfast tables talking to every guest, which was impressive. Location is excellent. Only complaint was that parking could be a bit challenging and we wished coffee was made available earlier in the morning."

"The pictures are phenomenal, and the property measures up to the pictures. The main house is spectacular! The views are among the best we had ever experienced. The house is very well outfitted - no need to bring anything. We swam every day on our private beach. Great spaces for entertaining! We enjoyed the included boat trip with Captain Chuck. The Sagutuck Dune Rides are 1 mile from the house, and we highly recommend this. Great house!"
