Lake Front Condo W/ Pool Access, Walk to Saugatuck

"Great location! Loved the proximity to the pool especially traveling with little kids. The property grounds are super cute with pretty sunsets over the water. The place is generally clean. We have high standards and there was some wear and tear. But overall worked out great. We walked and biked into town , used the pool a bunch. The property manager has extremely heavy marketing. Everywhere you look there is an attempt to upsell you on something. What got me was there was an offer to check out early or late by an hour for an incredibly high price. Most rentals I’ve stayed at, the owner will offer the early or late checkout for free as long as they are able to make it work. We were hoping to check out an hour later and it was nearly the cost of another night stay. So that was a little annoying. But overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time in saugatuck."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with care. The location was also perfect—peaceful and relaxing while still being convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful lakefront property. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views, a peaceful setting, and everything we could have hoped for in a relaxing getaway.The property was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and even better than we expected. The Lake Michigan location setting was the highlight - - perfect for enjoying morning coffee, relaxing outside, and taking in the incredible scenery.The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from beginning to end. We truly felt at home and did not want to leave.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Four legged office managers were amazing. The human counterparts were too. The location is great, probably the best pick in town. Just a 15minute walk or a 5 minute drive (at max). The rooms were cool and quiet. I really liked the nice patio yard even with the squirrels throwing walnuts at me."

"This is a great place to stay just outside of downtown Saugatuck! Rob is a wonderful host! Enjoy coffee with other guests in the morning, swim in a clean, comfortable pool area and participate in evening bonfires with other guests. I highly recommend it!"

"Loved this pleasant updated motel. Check in was a breeze, the room was very clean and well decorated. Recent updates brought the 50's-60's single level motel style into today's most needed amenities. The grounds included a well maintained heated pool and hot tub along with multiple seating areas around fire pits for a quiet evening. Will definitely be back to stay on our next visit!"
