Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me. "Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.)
The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well.
We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!"
