9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,000 reviews)
The location is convenient and easily accessible, and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience were disappointing.
Almost every additional request I made was met with a “no.” I asked whether my luggage could be transferred to my room, and this was refused. There was also no flexibility for early check-in or late check-out, which was particularly disappointing for a hotel participating in Expedia VIP benefits.
The biggest issue was on my second night, when the room was very cold. I contacted the hotel multiple times and waited a long time for a technician. In the end, the heating problem was not fixed. A portable heater was eventually provided, but the whole process took around two hours.
Overall, the hotel has a good location and a decent breakfast, but the lack of flexibility, willingness to assist, and slow response to a basic room-comfort issue made the stay disappointing. Hospitality is not only about the room—it is also about making guests feel that reasonable requests are met with an effort to help rather than an automatic “no.”

"This hotel has thought of everything in the design of the rooms to maximize space while remaining functional. There are tons of hooks to hang things to dry, the shower was fantastic, with good water pressure and enough space. Location is great, we felt safe and were walking distance to both the old ..."
