"Very disappointing experience overall. The spa room was outdated, dirty, and in poor condition. It was also extremely loud and far from the relaxing experience we expected. We reported our concerns to staff, but no action was taken. We were not offered a room change, despite the hotel's notes later stating that one was offered, which is inaccurate. We have been loyal Hotels.com customers for years, and Hotels.com even submitted a refund request on our behalf. Unfortunately, we never received a response from the property, nor any follow-up regarding our concerns. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating."

"Advertised that the pool and hot tub were open. But when we checked in the front desk employee (Who had terrible people skills) told us the pool and hot tub were closed and there was a sign on the pool door saying the pool was closed for the season and will open in May.Well , it is the middle of june and it's still closed. And in between the hours of eleven p.m. and midnight , a group of men were running up and down the hall , goofing off and carrying on , and nobody said anything until I asked them to please be quiet. We will never stay here again!"

"The plugs were hanging out the blow dryer didn’t work the microwave was as plugged into the wall but you had to shimmy the cord for it to stay on before it could work properly if not it went off! The walls are very thin that you can hear the party going on next door and the people upstairs sounded like they were moving at 1-230 in the morning!! But you get what you pay for and I just tried it out but it is so old and run down will never stay at the days in ever again!! Only best part for the representative at check in was very nice and upgraded me to stay downstairs where my truck was right out the door!! Thank you for that!!"

"Traveling with my sister, so we each had our own bed, which were very comfortable. The tub/shower combination was just fine, with shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner so bring your own! Thankfully, I had packed that anyhow. Location was most convenient for our running around and visiting friends and family. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of warm food, fruit, juices, dry cereal, coffee, or tea. Was a little surprised by the $10 night parking fee, may have been in the information so may have missed it … Staff was friendly and helpful!"

"This property was perfect for our needs and is especially accommodating for those traveling with pets. The beds were exceptional—featuring soft, high-quality linens and some of the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on. The secluded surroundings and variety of birdlife provided wonderful entertainment and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.The property is located near an airport, so there is some airplane noise throughout the day. However, we did not find it disruptive, and aviation enthusiasts or anyone who enjoys watching aircraft may find it an added bonus.One suggestion for future guests would be to bring paper towels, or for the host to note this in the property description. Other than that, our stay was excellent, and we would gladly recommend this property to others."
