"Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is our room wasn't ready at check in and were told they had no idea when it would be ready and we were downgraded for the same price as the one we booked. "

"We booked one night stay at this hotel because it was walking distance to GA Tech stadium for a Bruno Mars concert. When we got to the hotel to check in we saw a huge line for the elevator. We were informed that out of 4 elevators only 1 was working. When we finally got to our room, 30mins in line to get to our 16th floor, the room was well set up and clean. Before leaving for the concert we were trying to get the sofa bed ready for my daughter so that when we got back we could just go to sleep. We couldn’t figure it out. I called the reception area several times with no answer. I looked for extra sheets and there were none. When we went downstairs to go to the concert, another 30 mins ordeal to get an elevator the reception area was busy so I let it go. After the concert, the lobby was chaotic! When we got to our room we were still trying to figure out how to set up the sofa bed, called housekeeping and lobby several times nobody answered. Couldn’t go downstairs to deal with this in person because I didn’t want to deal with the elevator ordeal. Our 15 old daughter ended up sleeping in our bed with us, super uncomfortable. The location is good but customer service is horrible!"

"The elevators were not working properly. There were two and only one was working. You had an employee operating the one elevator. Then when trying to get out of the parking lot with your key card they were not operating properly. We had to press the call button to alert someone to lift the arm. To get back in the parking lot we had to back up and have someone press the button and the out arm went up for us to enter."

"Parking was at capacity and we paid 40 dollars for less than 3hrs it was late and they did have parking across the street but who wants to do that"

"Still waiting to get my refund my car was charged $800 and I never stayed there after looking at the reviews about the dirty sheets and bugs I end up looking at a different hotel I'm still waiting to get a refund smh"
