« This property is located in a terrible area, I did not do enough research on location. Upon arrival the smell of mildew was very strong. I didn’t even take my hanging clothes inside due to the smell. There are zero dishes, not even a coffee cup, paper plates or plastic silverware. There was one bath towel and it was wet when I arrived. I ended up driving home 2 and 1/2 hours instead of staying. « No soap in shower. Had to inform the landlord that there was no hot water but got it turned on eventually.The sleeping arrangements were awful. It was a fold out couch with a blow up mattress that deflated during the night. There was a single bed , but the mattress was hard as a rock. »
