"The breakfast bar was good and the staff were all very nice. Upon entering our room it smelled musty. The bathroom floor and the carpeting weren’t as clean as they should have been. Our Kleenex box was near empty. Our heater was not working properly. It was so loud it sounded like a bearing or the motor was going out. The morning we left our shower drain was plugged and I stood in 2” of water, my husband could not shower. It finally drained about an hour later. Not a good experience. We had stayed there once before and it was fine, but we won’t be back. "
