"The location is amazing but the staff made this stay exceptional during an event stay we had booked. Not just the front desk, the bellman was great, every one of the housekeeping staff engaged our party and was so welcoming and even the porter was friendly. Hotel Hot Springs does hospitality right. "

"Breakfast was good, Eggs, Bacon & Sausage & Biscuits and waffles along with the usually stuff. The price for the room was excellent. I really liked that they had a bar and Pizza and a limited menu open until 10:00 since we arrived at 9:00 and could still get something to eat. The Bartender was very nice."

"Our room was missing tissues, fresh soap packets and the toilet paper was half full. There wasn't a microwave to warm up coffee and we couldnt find an ice machine. Parking was convenient and well lit."

"This place is a complete dump. From the moment I entered the parking and seeing dead plants and furniture piled up to the right, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. Room was outdated and furniture was damaged. It took over 10 minutes for water to get hot in the shower. Toilet ran and fridge was loud. Linens were stained. Screen on slider was torn and falling apart. The next morning, I left for an appointment and housekeeping asked if I was leaving. I said yes and that my room could be cleaned. I came back after being gone for over 5 hours and room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk and complained. I was given another room. It was not much better but at least the toilet did not run and fridge was quiet. I could not lock the deadbolt and had to use the door stopper. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. I dont think all the linens were cleaned since previous guest as they were stained and smelled dirty. Shorts from previous guest were left on the back of the bathrrom door. Outdoor sitting areas were a mess with cushions thrown all over and not clean. The breakfast was disgusting. The biscuits served on Monday were at least a day old. They were hard. I ended leaving early due to the condition of the property and lack of service. I would also itch at night and had bites on my skin. This place should be closed down as it's substandard."

"Great green space in the patio area; perfect for my dog. My room faced the front highway. Very loud traffic noise in the afternoon and evening but quieted down. No fast food or grocery stores handy. Walking path nearby. Basic and good price. Breakfast minimal. "
