The hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. Parking is a bit odd, its across the street. They even have a spa for pedicures, manicures, and massages. If you are visiting the property, book those in advance.

The room had a lot of space. Bathroom was great. The breakfast buffet and coffee was good. Only on minor issue was the tv. Most of the channels did not come in.

The staff was just super nice, we had car problems and tow truck would not get there for an hour and 30 minutes, they let us stay in the hotel lobby to wait for the tow truck driver. When I go back to visit my son I would definitely stay there.

We did have an issue with the heating unit the very first night but they were gracious enough to move us the very next morning for the rest of our stay. We only had dinner in the dining room once but we all four were quite pleased. They were out of a couple of options, but in their defense, it was two nights after New Year's Eve and they were quite busy that night. I did find it odd that every morning when we went to the small dining room, I couldn't eat my breakfast in peace because we felt 'watched' by the lady who, oddly enough, we got to watch crochet a blanket or something each morning. The Continental breakfast is almost laughable. We tried to let the fact that they are way out in the middle of nowhere account for the fact that the apples were wrinkly and the oranges should have been thrown out a few days sooner. Can't explain why the Danishes stayed in the little clear cabinet day after day, were never wrapped, and were even there when we went to dinner at night. Although most mornings, the scrambled eggs, potatoes and the sausage patties were quite tasty. One morning it looked like the sausage patties had been forgotten about, but we just poured pancake syrup over them. Another problem was that on 3 mornings of it 5, we could hear the on-duty staff complaining about other staff members. This should never be done in front of guest.
