The staff was incredible. It was noticeable how stretched they were to provide the services. They did not comment on it, it was just a vibe, which is currently common for shift workers.
Amenities were not as advertised: pool has not been open since January 2026 (at least this is the date we heard). Also, promised free parking, yet had to renegotiate for it.
Restaurant is excellent. Don’t go looking for better food in the mall, because you won’t find it there.

The front desk staff was very helpful when we phoned in because we didn’t know where parking was. He guided us right to the spot. Very convenient access to the hotel and to the surrounding area. Our room had everything we needed and was quiet. We will come again when we visit the city.♥️
