« No wonder the reviews are so good here! Such a great place to stay. So clean and perfectly spacious. The large deck was our favorite and were thankful the weather cooperated to make it so pleasant to use. What we didnt know was what a prime location it ended up being. Plenty of cute shops and restaurants, coffee spots nearby and a spa right across the street! We this place. »

The location was perfect, it was spotless, great amenities, more beautiful than the pictures (if that’s possible) and the host was so helpful and extremely responsive for our entire stay! « We were so comfortable during our stay in Waco! The condo was perfect for the two of us and our three adult kids. Our youngest daughter rides in a wheelchair, which can be tricky sometimes, when you haven’t been to a place, but there was a ramp into the building in the back and an elevator. The day bed in the main area was perfect for her. Well appointed kitchen. Large dining room table. Nice couch and arm chairs. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Wonderful view of the city. Super comfortable...

So clean and had everything we could want - throw blankets, lamps where I needed a lamp, big screen tv (we brought our own Apple TV), clean kitchen with dishes and utensils, and so much more. Just a really clean and well-appointed place. Walking distance to Magnolia Market and Dr. Pepper museum. Short drive to Mammoth excavation. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for providing such a nice place for us to stay in. »

« The host was very welcoming and sent clear access, parking and check out instructions. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the amenities were very generous and we really appreciated all of the small touches. Also, the location is fantastic, we walked to breakfast, dinner and shops. We were there for a tennis tournament and we plan to return to this same condo for future tournaments. The condo was so beautiful, we didn't want to leave! »

« Our Host was one of the best. Making sure we were there with everything needed and then some! Checking out was a breeze since we didnt have to do any major things like bring trash to the dumpster etc. Change sheets on bed. Lol he made sure we just enjoyed our last day and that check out was a breeze. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, soaps, shampoos etc. All the places he suggested were great. The little library & coffee shop right outside front door was so...

« My niece and I were thrilled with this loft! It was exceedingly clean with thoughtful touches like snacks, full size toiletries and robes. We loved the location and walked to many restaurants and the Silos. The couch was huge and comfortable and the beds were great. Sarah was a great host and in constant communication and I appreciated the on site parking and ease of check in and access. Our stay couldn't have been better! »

"Hello do you think it's normal that I never received the code to enter my room when I had warned in advance that we were going to arrive late. After two hours of driving we arrived in front of the room without having the code we stayed 1h30 locked in our car because that night it was raining no one was there to give me the code I had not received it by email or by message I find it unacceptable because we were ready to spend the night in the car alone in a large parking lot until . We called several numbers we never had an answer until when we look on foot in the hotel we find an emergency number that was finally able to give us a code a very nice person from the hotel I find it unacceptable that expedita never sent us this famous code. In addition to the floor many places in this hotel was closed because of the work we will have liked to be kept informed of the Construction work in advance it will ruin our night. "
