This is an excellent location! The property is ultra clean and centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the Magnolia Silos. Communication with the Property Manager was also 10/10.A note for light sleepers: The renters/owners of the unit above are loud! From running, stomping, moving furniture around, you can hear everything. Also, there is a drainage line that runs thru the ceiling of this property. This means that you will hear water running most times during your stay. Lastly, this property is a few blocks away from an active train track. Not sure how often the train passes, but you'll definitely hear it when it does. We heard it several times during our stay. Please note that the Property Manager does provide a white noise machine ear plugs in the room.Again, amazing property, but if you're a light sleeper, the noise may be a bit too much. ##### Fernando & Mayra S.
