« Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. »

« Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely. « We had the pleasure of staying at the Cozy Cub Cabin in South Lake Tahoe. The cabin is perfectly situated in a cabin community with about 15 other cabins. We visited in mid-September and found the area to be very quiet.The cabin had everything you need, kitchen essentials and bath essentials. The cabin is charming and rustic. The main sleeping quarters consists of a queen bed and the room is a bit tight. The bed comfort is our only negative complaint. It was not very comfortable, however the...

« Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with my best friends for a short and sweet snowy weekend in February. The kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms were comfortable, and the cabin had a comfortable familiar feel to it. Lots of games, books, and VHS tapes around the living...
