« Worst VRBO experience imaginable. No AC. No microwave. No ventilation or natural light. RATS everywhere outside, and no screens, so windows cannot be opened. This is an illegal unit with multiple code violations. Showers don’t drain so the water is up to your shins when you are finished. Only Lukewarm water in shower and scalding water in the sink. Cheap, worn linens. It was 85 degrees in the apartment. No fans. No lamps. No mirrors— just a cracked, broken mirror on the medicine cabinet which...

« L’expérience dans cet hotel a été assez mauvaise. La chambre n’était pas très propre et certains éléments ne fonctionnaient pas correctement ( pomme de douche, connexion internet, interrupteur). Le lieu était bruyant à cause de la mauvaise isolation entre les chambres et le couloir et la présence d’une grande route à proximité. Les transports sont à proximité et heureusement car le quartier n’est pas très attractif. Le personnel n’est pas vraiment concerné lorsqu’on demande des informations...

"Vraiment terrible — à éviter absolument ! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans même être remboursés, et Expedia ne nous a offert aucune aide. Nous avons visité six chambres et les six avaient clairement déjà été utilisées. Les lits étaient défaits, il y avait des déchets partout et les planchers étaient sales. L’odeur de cannabis était présente partout dans l’hôtel, et il y avait aussi des traces de cigarettes dans les chambres. Le pire : nous avons trouvé une seringue souillée sur le plancher. C’est extrêmement dangereux, surtout quand on voyage avec des enfants. L’endroit semblait complètement abandonné : aucune femme de ménage, des déchets dans les couloirs et une atmosphère très inquiétante. Même la salle de restaurant et le gym étaient fermés par la ville en raison des risques pour la sécurité et la salubrité. Honnêtement, tout indiquait que quelque chose de louche se passait dans cet établissement. Ce n’est absolument pas un endroit sécuritaire pour séjourner, encore moins avec une famille. À éviter sans hésitation."
