"The staff was nice, room and common area were clean. Our only issue was that there were several dogs, one of which was in a room directly across the hall, that barked for about 20 mins nonstop. I understand it is a dog friendly hotel. My only recommendation would be to place guests with dogs on a separate floor or wing of the hotel from those without."

"The bed was very comfortable, and property was generally quite clean. The property is very convenient to the highway and down town Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We had mixed feelings about the staff; the evening person on the front desk was very nice and helpful, but we found the day person was a little testy when we arrived at 3pm and checkin was 4 pm"
