The mountain vistas and the quaint town filled with outstanding restaurants were just what we expected. But, this cottage was an unexpected surprise. This cozy, beautifully decorated cottage and its wonderful garden, was the highlight of our trip. What is hard to put into words is the wonder of Shirley's garden, swing, water feature, and birdsongs! I loved the freedom of walking to nearby neighborhoods, restaurants, and lake, but especially the spacious covered porch to relax...even in the rain. The cottage is adorable and very comfortable. Every little detail was thought of. The garden and firepit were especially nice to enjoy in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. I felt very much at home thanks to Shirley and her friends.
