The location was close to everything - we got to Biltmore and downtown Asheville within 15 minutes. The best part about the house is that view. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful with lots of windows and nice views. Very convenient to downtown Asheville. Grocery stores and gas stations nearby. The approach to the home is a little tricky, with some steep hills. Neighbors are close so noise could be an issue. Overall a very enjoyable stay!! ##### Jennifer C. I've stayed at two of Cam's properties and she is always amazing! Communicates quickly and effectively. This location was amazing. A short 10 min drive to downtown. Great views from the living room and back patio. Downstairs pool table is a great place to hang with friends. Essentially, 8 mattresses and two very comfortable couches.
