« Rooms are not maintained properly, air conditioning filters not replaced, horrible smell in the room (humidity, mushroom, ) and in the bathroom (tobacco smell). Only 2 towels, tiny ones, for four people. Damp patches on walls and ceiling. Not a place to stay »

« Ne comptez par sur le staff qui vous salue. Personne ne vous dira rien du tout. L’hôtel est assez sale lorsque l’on reste quelques nuits il est très facile de s’en rendre compte. La salle de sport n’a pas été nettoyé pendant au moins 9 jours, le stylo par terre n’a pas bougé d’un millimètre. Les poubelles aux étages ne sont pas changé tout les jours. Un ascenseur sur deux fonctionnait et ce n’étais pas indiqué. »

« Le déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur des attentes. Des oeufs brouillés au lieu de 2 sortes d'omelettes aurait été un meilleur choix et pas de pain, que ce soit pain brun ou blanc seulement des bagels ??? Laver nos cheveux avec du body wash n'est pas très génial alors au lieu de 2 bouteilles de Body wash, une de shampoing aurait été préférable »

« We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia...
