"Our stay was fantastic. We were super happy and pleased of the quality and space of our condo. We thought it was going to be a motel room. We were so pleased. We give your survey all 10’s except for one category. Our air conditioner was not working properly. Set the air temp to 65o but inside temp never went below 73o. We didn’t report until last evening there. First thing the next morning, the repair team was there. "

"Check in and check out was easy. Perfect condo for two people and a dog. It was convenient taking our dog in and out, plus paved walking paths were just across the street. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again."

"This property worked well for our stay in Crossville, as we were traveling with our teenage daughter and our dog for a sporting event. While the townhome isn't fancy, it is reasonably priced for what it is and offers. Outside the living room sliding doors is a large, tree-covered greenbelt area that is very pretty and was perfect to walk our dog. The neighbors we saw were very pleasant. The property manager was great to work with and helped accommodate us with an extra night. If you are looking for a fairly priced place to stay in Crossville, I would recommend this townhouse."
