One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the workout/health facilities that were supposed to be available. Upon arrival, we discovered they were closed indefinitely. Our confirmation email also gave us conflicting information regarding hours and procedures it seemed no one could give us a straight answer to resolve these issues...
