« This is my go to hotel when I am in town. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it’s in a prime location. It is located near multiple restaurants, shopping options and various activities. Plus the coffee is always fresh. »

« Staff was nice. Tv did not work, the shower was leaking water. The elevator goes up but you have to walk down. No phones in any of the rooms. You can not call to desk. You have to walk down. My card got charged twice. »

« I was in 307, the door was bent in at the top and the bottom as if someone had tried to break in, and the door could be pushed open even though it is locked. The sink had no hot water and the stopper is missing. The cleaning staff only serviced our room 2 out of 5 days. Most nights I had to get fresh towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The room over all was clean. »
