great hotel to stay for sleeping and dining nice room , fully new , nice decoration , great food

The staff are eally good but very tired facilities, very poor wifi for the price

The hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque location. The reception staff is very friendly. However, the hotel itself is far from new. The carpet, furniture, and everything in the hotel are quite worn. My biggest complaint was the room cleaning policy, which requires you to vacuum and mop the floors, dust everywhere, and clean the kitchen and bathroom upon check-out, otherwise you risk losing part of your deposit. I would prefer the cleaning fee to be included in the room price by default.

The room was clean and comfortable. Thefood and service was excellent. The owner drove us to the bus stop so that we could continue our journey to Perpignan. Very good value. We recommend

Booking and checking processes were very straightforward. Check in appeared to be between 17.00 and 19.00, so it was quite narrow time window, but I maanaged to make it during that time slot. Receptionist appeared to be very nice and helpful. Though, ability to understand and communicate in French is required. At the checkout reception presented to be closed, and keys were to be returned to the box outside the reception. The apartment presented to be well equipped and clean. Kitchen block had everything needed to prepare meals, store food and presented to be in working order. Bathroom and toilet presented to be clean and in working order too. Towels and bed linen were provided. Bedroom and living room were quite decent to have a good sleep. Though. mattress in the living room could have been more comfortable. Overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend it as a good base for anyone looking for accommodation in this area.
