We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again."

"If you are looking to stay at a place located close to Hampton beach this is a very good option. Our room was on 3rd floor with an ecean veiw with the beach across the street. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable and the property manager was excellent. Good communication and no surprises. We would certainly stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo which had everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood (winter season) and we loved how close it was to the beach and loved walking with our dog to get coffee each morning at KB's down the road. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Overall, a great stay!"

"My husband and I were very comfortable here. The bedroom is spacious and there is a lot of closet and drawer space. The kitchen provides some amenities so cooking is possible but if you'd rather not, many restaurants are within walking distance. I appreciated the easy interaction with our host as well. We visited on an off-season time period so it was quiet. I can't speak to summer time noises on the street."

"We only stayed one night, more like 12 hours and it was perfect for what we needed. There were 3 of us, the bed and pull out couch were comfy. It had everything we needed and just .8miles from all the shops and restaurants. We would stay again."

"Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week...

"5 stars! Wonderful place, incredible views right on the beach. Don't know what we enjoyed more - sunrise coffee or sunset bourbon on the deck. Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. Check in/out very easy with great instructions and timely, easy communication with your host. Thank you!"

"I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again!"

"This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri"
