It features open concept living, cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and private deck overlooking everything. Enjoy the ocean views, sunrises & sunsets from the unit and walk down right onto the sand. Almost every room has a view of the ocean during the day and has built in skylight giving you view of the stars in the night and quiet enough to hear ocean waves. The Space: This beachfront & oceanfront penthouse condo is a great place to build memories. Come enjoy a weekend or better yet, a week-long stay with your family and friends. Virtually every room has view of the ocean and water - weather bedrooms, living room, kitchen or perhaps the bathroom, when you are alone in the house. The penthouse condo features open concept living, cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and private deck overlooking everything. Almost every room has built in skylight giving you a view of the stars. This property is ideal for gatherings with family and friends for a long staycation or remote working. This is where you can bond, share stories and make memories with your loved ones. Located near town center, arcades, "beach pizza" and many other restaurants (such as "Seaglass") Please note that pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, loud music, loud noise, parties anytime are not allowed on the premises. This is a rule by HOA. There will be no exceptions! Violations will lead to cancellation with no refunds. You must maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Guest Access: The unit has three dedicated tandem parking spot in front of the unit. Pictures show three mid size SUV can fit. After parking, walk up two flight of stairs to the unit entrance. There are no elevators. Property is not handicapped accessible. Property is not pets accessible. You will be provided an access code to get in the unit, a day before your arrival. The access code will be good throughout the duration of your stay only. SNOW SEASON PARKING : We don't guarantee parking in our parking lanes during snow storms as plow trucks must do their jobs. Guest must pull out pf the parking lanes and find their own street parking, of which plenty maybe available during winter season, down the end of Atlantic Ave. For the duration of the storm, guests vehicles may not be returning back to our parking lanes until storm has ended and parking lot has been cleared by plow crew. Guests shall manage their own snow shoveling, such as around their cars etc. Shovels are available on premises. If our parking lanes are clear of snow, three cars or less can park, depending on what may fit as snow piles can take its own space. If you need guaranteed onsite snow season parking during snowstorm, we mayn't be the right choice for your needs. Plan on going up a lot of stairs to the front door. The parking is tight but doable for 3 cars. The host communicates so well and we had everything we needed. Sound does travel to the downstairs neighbor, including footsteps and they do complain about it and will call the police if you or your kids are walking around after 10 pm. Despite that I would stay here again. It has great beach and town access and it was very clean and comfortable. ##### Lara H. This is a beautiful unit with lots of space and every amenity you can think of. One of my usual pet peeves with rentals is that there are not enough hooks. This place had hooks all over! View and location were gorgeous. Place was incredibly clean. My only suggestion is to lessen the (not so bad) requirements for checkout. If I am paying a cleaning fee, I would prefer not having to take my own trash out and put the towels in the washer. Other than that, just superb! ##### Kimberly G. Amazing location right on the beach. So beautiful! Very clean. Well stocked kitchen to cook meals. Towels were provided along with shampoo and conditioner. Six adults and two children (8 and 4) stayed very comfortably for the week. The condo was spacious and clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and updated bathrooms. So much was provided, including six beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which allowed us easier/lighter travel. Just plan to bring your own beach towels. Toiletries, Meyer’s cleaning supplies and sundries like toilet paper, keurig pods, hand soap and lotion etc were plentiful and much-appreciated. The beds were firm and comfortable with soft linens. Washcloths, hand and bath towels were fluffy. A large, new washer and dryer in the unit made life much easier with a group! The host was very accessible and responsive to questions. The huge star of this rental of course is the proximity to the ocean, right outside your back deck door! There are three sets of stairs to go up or down from the condo, but nothing unexpected…and it leads to a gorgeous, groomed sandy beach. It was perfect for swimming and boogie boarding (awesome waves!). The kids loved walking to find shells and sea creatures. We found three amazing live sea snails (one had to be at least a pound), a seven inch eel, and a quahog clam as big as my hand (all released back to the ocean). The only downside to our week was Salisbury’s Riverfest as there were two nights of people (not from the community) playing very loud music on the beach late into the night, keeping us awake, but that was no fault of the host.
