"The staff throughout were very unhelpful. On the booking, it does not state that the parking resets at 3pm everyday so you actually pay £10 a day. The staff were unhappy about helping in any situation.
The room is extremely basic. I was staying for my night shifts and there was no water bottles or fridge in the room to store food.
Despite having a do not disturb sign outside the room, someone decided to violently knock on the door to ask if I'm still staying in the room. Very disappointed...

"The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent. We can't fault any of the staff as they were friendly and helpful.
The only thing we had an issue with was the catering for the evening meals. On the 2 nights we ate in the restaurant there were several meals and additional dishes that weren't available on both nights. There was only one waitress on both nights and the restaurant was busy and she was rushed off her feet. She coped remarkably well with so many tables to deal with. Apart from...

"Room was really clean.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
