Very nice new property. Very well located and staff kind and helpful. An excellent choice for a few days in Madeira, exploring. Walking distance from city center of Funchal and nice views. Would highlight the pool at the rooftop, a nice plus after a day visiting Funchal. Would reccomend and stay again.

Nice resort hotel in the North West of Madeira, perfectly located for the natural pools. As an added bonus you get access to unlimited free day passes into the pools that require a paid ticket. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We had a friend call ahead (unknown to us) to tell them it was our honeymoon and they gave us a free bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. The restaurant is fantastic ,with gorgeous views and great food. We had a brilliant view over-looking the ocean from our room balcony too. The property itself feels more like a beach resort than a luxury hotel, which is not problem but just something to bear in mind depending on what you're looking for. A couple features are a little dated and could use a spruce up. The rooftop pool is incredible and comes with 2 daybeds plus a handful of sun-loungers and umbrellas. On busy days however these get taken up so they could do with some more chairs up there. They do have parking but it's a tiny lot so we ended up on the street each day, which was free, but the street does get busy during the day with tourists coming up for the pools. The room was a great size and came with robes and slippers. All in all we had a great stay, and really appreciated the staff and all their help!

Amazing place and outstanding staff. Andre, in particular, was exceptionally helpful welcoming from the moment we arrived and consistently proactive throughout my stay. He anticipated what we might need, offered thoughtful recommendations, and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The rest of the team mirrored that same warm, professional attitude: quick to greet, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely proud of their work. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels both efficient and personal, this one absolutely delivers, thanks to people like Andre.
