« Everything needed (even conditioner and hand lotion)-- other than a kettle in the room but I was able to get hot water for tea, from the in-house restaurant, during their operating hours. (Ones of the owners at reception does not have the most welcoming personality but if u ignore the way she may treat you, everyone else was really sweet & fantastic!!) Cleaning rooms upon request, even daily if wanted/needed.. One night, there was a water issue but thankfully that got resolved and the staff...
