Unsatisfactory room for my friend. Had to be persistent in getting another room. The room has marks and badly soiled carpet and blood stained towels in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the restaurant was poor and the drinks at the bar where badly presented. Overall would not rate it a 4star hotel.

Excellent hotel for a business trip at the COE. Excellent rates. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. I strongly recommend. I have been staying there for more than 15 years. Overall, better than in other Strasbourg hotels.

We were in the adjacent building so across the building site to main building for breakfast. No big problem. The hotel is wonderfully located opposite the railway station so ease of transport options. The staff were courteous. The breakfast spread had good options. Overall a pleasant stay.
